Existing Business Resources

When incorporating a business, the notion that your venture can grow too quickly hardly ever seems like a bad concept. However, if a PR stunt or some other tactic - or perhaps just luck that results in overnight success - results in exponential growth that your team and infrastructure are unable to handle, things can easily get out of control.

One of the best ways to manage this type of growth is to sever ties with customers that hold you back. Chances are, with such fast growth, you can afford to lose them, Inc. magazine reported.

Another tactic is to consider contracting virtual workers. Not only is this less expensive for your venture, but many employees prefer it, and many reports reveal that it results in happier, more productive workers. Additionally, this could provide a growing company with a broader range of customers, provided your staff is coming in from different regions. To better manage these members of your team, Entrepreneur magazine contributor Diana Ransom suggests regular performance reviews.
