Existing Business Resources

Incorporating a business can pose a long list of challenges - one so lengthy that tackling it seems impossible at worst and difficult to navigate at best. When it is hard to gauge whether meeting with an attorney to discuss legal structures is more paramount than selecting a real estate agent to find a suitable office space, it can seem unlikely that any work will ever get completed.

This is where a to-do list can prove to be beneficial for a small business owner and help ease the stress that comes with incorporation. Although it may seem trivial, seeing a list of tasks on a piece of paper in front of your eyes can help to clear the clutter, both literally and figuratively.

"Having one central place to note all your tasks is important," Alsonso Santaniello wrote for Strictly Businews. "Whether it may [be] on the computer, on a notepad or even on a dry erase board, having a list gives you a single source of reference and a go-to place to get your next task," he added.

When determining which tasks to complete first, Santaniello advises an entrepreneur to focus on those that require the greatest amount of energy first.
